As seen on TV – Quooker boiling water taps

As the 10^th series of Celebrity MasterChef appears on our screens, we can’t help reflecting

how much recognition the Quooker has received from the world of TV.  Culinary shows have discovered what many high profile professional chefs have known for some time; that the Quooker is the most reliable boiling water tap you can buy, dispensing water at a genuine 100°C  and high profile chefs.

   

Quooker Twintaps are now an essential part of the scenery on all the MasterChef versions, including MasterChef: The Professionals, Celebrity MasterChef, and Junior MasterChef. TV chef and MasterChef judge John Torode is a Quooker fan and has one in his kitchen at home, as have several former Celebrity MasterChef contestants.

Celebrity chef and judge on ITV’s The Taste, Nigella Lawson, chose a Quooker Nordic boiling tap to install in her new pink kitchen recently. 

TV chef and food campaigner Jamie Oliver loves to cook with his children at home and posted a photo of them on Twitter.  Clearly visible is his Quooker; we know he has more than one at home, as well as at work.  

ITV Sunday Brunch presenter Tim Lovejoy and resident chef Simon Rimmer both have Quookers in their homes and love them.  TV chefs Michel Roux, Anthony Worrell Thompson and Galton Blackiston are also Quooker fans and have them in their own homes.

Slightly less culinary perhaps, we’ve also spotted the Quooker on episodes of Come Dine With Me, Made in Chelsea, Last Tango in Halifax, The Apprentice and the soap drama, Doctors – to name just a few.

We’ve lost count of the number of times that a Quooker has formed part of a finished dream home in Grand Designs and DIY SOS...

 

And with filming in the bag, the Quooker is, of course, perfect for well-earned tea breaks for crew and cast alike.
