Option one is the Quooker de-scale kit which we provide on a complimentary basis. It has been perfected over time so we know it really works. You can use the kit yourself; many customers have completed the descale themselves with no problem at all. 

Option two, if you don’t feel confident enough to descale your Quooker yourself, is to arrange for one of our dedicated Quooker experts to descale your tap for you.  

We believe the best solution is option three, our

specially developed Quooker Scale Control. This filter cartridge can be fitted to both new and existing Quookers, reducing water hardness through ion exchange technology – before the water gets to the point of delivery. It is not only the most reliable descaling solution, it also improves the taste of your mains water and will significantly lengthen the lifespan of your Quooker in a hard water area. Better yet, when it comes to the end of its useful life, the cartridge can be easily unclipped and replaced to keep up your protection.
